Added the rtile_map module to the project, and swicthed the terrain tilmaps to it. It's effect is barely visible at the moment. Will probably add a rao strength parameter to it eventually.

Ported the setup script split from the 3d project. Also removed the world_generator module and updated everything to the latest. Switched the engine to use the 3.x branch.

Comment out a few methods in Aura, as they were implementing spell scaling over c++. Also update ESS so auras don't complain if the original caster is no more.

Downgrade the engine, as creating user:// directories doesn't seem to work right now, as open() fails on them. Can't yet say whether it's a regression or not.
