VC6

Used on Pi 4. Not as well documented as VC4, but with a well maintained open source driver.

It has been reported to work.

As of today, the driver exposes OpenGL ES 3.x but not desktop OpenGL 3.x, so to use the GLES3 renderer you have to use FRT.
