Will Newton 422ce6536b package: Remove unnecessary dependencies on uclibc. A C library will have been built by the toolchain makefiles, so there is no need for packages to explicitly depend on uclibc. Compiling OpenMotif may require byacc (or just yacc) 
to be installed on the host build system
