Indigo Dragon	f53f7aa9a3	Several Ixalan changes, as well as adding Scry reminder texts to those that need them. ... Notes: Grim Captain's Call is... weird. Needs fixing for the stack panel when cast (Largely because it doesn't target the creatures on cast, only returns them on resolution) Also: Boneyard Parley works when the Human uses it, but AI absolutely butches the execution I can't explain. Indigo Dragon	bb602eb5af	Policy: If a card was printed without a reminder text in a booster expansion or preconstructed deck (eg Commander), it no longer requires reminder text.
